Do not buy - not worth the high price tag ! – Bought this 3+2 seater close to $7000 from Harvey Norman in Oct 2022 arrived Dec 2022 - it arrived faulty with no backing - shouldve asked for a refund then! DENAI only to be told we must be heavy hence it sank! Ridiculous as it is placed in a room that is hardly used and both together we weigh 100 kgs!!! DENAI took it away and it was returned damaged at the bottom (asked HN why and still waiting for an answer ) but foam raised on the seating - couple of months and we are back to square one - good to look at but cannot be used at all - not worth at all - DO NOT BUY! Harvey Norman is no longer the same in customer service and simply keeps referring the issue to DENAI who are not responsive - FEEL SCAMMED !!!

So disappointed – We are onto our second sofa and the cushions have once again failed. Trying to contact Kings is a nightmare, they do not return our calls and if they do happen to respond they never follow up on things. It is no use emailing them as they never reply to you. Recliner - regret buying - broke after 6 days! – Purchased from Harvey Norman Jan22 $4,779, in use 6Apr, recliner broke 13Apr - SIX days of use. 13May (5 weeks later) still waiting for it to be fixed. DO NOT BUY.
