I love this dryer! – Came with our Simonds home in 2011. Best feature is when it's in use the condensation is collected in a catchment rather than 'blown' out so the walls condensate and ruin the paint on my walls. Also love that it doesn't allow clothes to become 'over dry' and shrink as a error message appears, after calling Technika they explained this feature ( I felt so silly as I thought the dryer wasn't working) 5 years on its still hasn't stopped very very happy.

This is perfect! – I love this machine! it is a great machine as it is very quite when operating and does not make the clothes smell like they have come out of a manufacturing plant. Overall I love this machine as it is very easy to operate. If you have a large family which requires constant dry cleaning, this is your machine! Loved it until it stopped working 2 years after we bought it – I loved this condenser dryer until it stopped working 3 months ago having bought it just over 2 years ago. Since then, it has been a nightmare. Technika were very helpful when I first called, sent the service guy to fix it,still didn't work, so sent another guy to fix it, 3 visits later, they took it to the workshop and since then, after having brought it back to me, it is still not working, I have had enough. Never again!! I am very very disappointed. No one wants to help me from Technika!

It stopped working after 2 years and it seems that no one knows how to fix it, so it seems to be horribly expensive for the 2 years that it worked.
