Rubbish – Initially I thought the product was exceptionally good value. It worked well, had some well thought out features, appeared well made and looked good. Three hobs latter has changed my mind. The power between the elements of the three units I have had varied considerably. It has failed again and wont be bothering with Teka ever again.

Interesting. So are you in any way affiliated with the Rawson's Group? I recall they traded under the 'Online Appliances'....or something like that.
Hi again, no Rawson's were the previous distributor of TEKA appliances up until 2015. I do believe they had their own website they transacted through also. Again, apologies for your experience with them and we'd love an opportunity to turn your experience of TEKA around in the future.
Wish you well. Customers need to give Rawsons a very wide berth......extremely poor customer service.......
Don't waste your money – Lasts as long as the warranty. Then you are on your own. Expensive rubbish. Been thru four of these units. Most recent unit has lasted the longest but the power on the large element has piddling power - can't stir fry on it which is why I bought it in the first place. Save your money and buy something else.
