How do I change my screen saver on my Telstra tv. I’ve gone through the settings but it just won’t change it stays on the same one. It used to have a few to choose from, but now it’s only got one
I have a big screen that comes up saying checking upgrade with buttons to proceed but it does not respond to anything I press on any remote everything else is fine it’s like it isn’t there but this thing is massive, can’t view the screen. It’s just unbelievably frustrating. I’ve tried updating everything but makes no difference. Can anyone help ?

With Telstra tv when I watch live soccer on P+, the screen freezes while the sound continues. I have to reselect to get live picture back several times an hour. I have strong wifi and recent tv. Tried rebooting. ??
I have had and been using my telstra tv box 3 for 12 months, but the last couple of of weeks when I go to live tv the captions come on, while it is easy to turn off why has its started and how to stop it permanently.
It's a fault in the telstra box that they refuse to admit as it will be software update.Sorry but I just have to keep turning off like you are doing. It's just typical telstra rubbish
Yes I have the same problem amongst others. I spoke to Telstra and they are aware of the problem and have no immediate plans to rectify it. Telstra still want you to keep putting up with it until they eventually get around to fixing it. I have cancelled mine after only having for 2 months, it’s the worse set top box on the market!
telstra tv does only saves login details for kayo and catch up tv channels for a short time
I meant to say I input at the registration / log in details for kayo , foxtel now and catch up tv channels and they are saved foe a week or so such that I can view then without redoing the registration but if not used for any longer I have to do it all over again so is there a way to save the login
I have a hearing problem. With the original Telstra TV I was able to hear through Sennheiser HDR 175 headphones. These do not seem to work with my new Telstra TV3. Is there a solution, because the new device is useless to me without the headphones/.

Hi Norm, have you tried using the Telstra TV app on your phone. You can pair the app with your Telstra TV over wifi and then listen to the audio from the Telstra TV through your phone using the "Private Listening" function. It works really well.
I was given a new Telstra TV box for free, as I have Telstra account for internet etc, I followed all the prompts to set it up, activated it right up to logging back into my account, then won't log back in, what am I doing wrong?? Thanks

I have a telstra TV 2 - have connected it and cannot for the life of me get audio have everything else live tv, Netflix etc... Have troubleshooted Telstra website Returned the original got a new one and problem continues! Have disconnected and checked just tv audio is fine but when reconnect Telstra tv2 no sound!!! Agh! About to throw out the window! Any help I would appreciate
