The Muse Edition Natural Wooden Baby Play Pen

Cute, but unsafe! The playpen is definitely nice looking, lovely aesthetic, good size too. However, it is absolutely unsafe! At each end of the gate there is a gap that is just large enough to get a baby arm or leg stuck in, and if they bend the wrong way, will break. My baby was playing outside the pen and reaching for something inside, through the gate. She slipped and her arm got jammed, and twisted sideways. This is an unsafe design flaw and needs to be addressed. It seems like such an oversight in regards to baby safety. I was gifted the playpen so can’t return it, but judging by all the comments regarding the lack of responsive customer service; I don’t think I’d have any luck anyway.
