Thermos FUNtainer Bottle

Fantastic bottle for 3yr+ – I have bought many brands of bottles for my kids over the years and this is the only brand that I can say is reliable, keeps the water cold ALL day and is easy to clean. I have purchased five of these and the only thing I’ve had to replace in 6+ years is two straws that one of my sons had chewed on. Extremely durable, easy to use. Drink bottle leaks – Bought 2 yesterday, and both leak when the lid is open. Not just drips, but a huge stream of water, the bottle completely empties if left on its side. Not suitable for my 1 & 3 year olds Show details

Stayaway from this inferior quality products at premium price – Can't agree more than other reviewer. Bought a kids bottole for 26 aud in Apr. In 5 months startrf leaking. Answer from thermos, their warranty says bottle must be kept stright. What a joke. Bottle is designed for kids but you cant move around bottle. or go to baby bunting. Making it difficult for buyers to resolve the issue. Back and forth few emails and asked to escalate the matter but other person is same not interested in resolution but arguments.

Never buy this products guys. Worst customer service after purchase, i should have got a bottle from kmart instead of spending so much for a bottle.

Joan and Debbie- Shame. Faulty lid. Customer service do not stand by these products – The plastic lid was faulty on purchase. they told me i had to purchase another plastic lid. Why would i want to invest more money is something that did not work the first time This product is MADE FOR KIDS, and yet it Thermos will not stand the quality they are providing kids. It is a real shame as the flasks are outstanding, but what is the point is the faulty lids will cause leaks.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and more so by the ladies in the office who wasted my time and ultimately stole my money. Shame.

Similar type of bottle - vacuum insulated/hydrate – Just read the review for this bottle, and I can commiserate with the opinion as I have just had to purchase a new lid for my vacuum insulated bottle, which looks almost the same as the FUNtainer one! Had mine for 5 months though, not the first time of use. Would never buy a Thermos branded thing ever again!!!!

Great leakproof bottle – This is a great water bottle as it doesnt leak when lid is closed. Easy snap close- my 2 yr old loves the button and will drink happily from this bottle. The straw is easy enough to pull out and clean and its simple design makes cleaning easy. Only bad thing with this type of bottle generally is that its a bit heavy.

Lid broken after one use!!! – The lid just broken after one use. I emailed customer service. It took them ages to reply me and give me bunch of terms and conditions. So pretty much they don't cover it. I have to buy a new lid. Apprently, this bottle lid had a lot of breaking problems. Best kids stainless steel bottle – Tried many plastic kids bottles, only the thermos last! Been using it for more then 1 year now with no problem, in fact bought another one to alternate. Only need to replace plastic spout/ straw every 5-6 months $10 for 2 from Howard Storage. it breaks within couple of months. (Previous brands I've used in the past : camlebak, contigo, nuk, + few other unknown brands)

Best bottle we've ever had – After going through so many drink bottles for my daughter I'm so glad we have the thermos bottle now. It keeps her water cool all day (no exaggeration) and the stainless steel is great because I know there's no nasties leeching out, as happens with plastic bottles. Only downside is the straw sometimes rotates when you screw on the lid and leaves a gap that can leak... But still a fantastic bottle.

Doesn't stay cold – This are great quality but no matter how many times I try it, following the instructions to the letter, it does not stay cold as described. The company states stays cold for 12 hrs but after 4 it is back to room temperature and that is in the house!!! How it would stay could in a hot car I can't imagine. I rang the company and they had no suggestions. Wasted my money. Good quality Does not do what it is suppose to.

Stays cool all day – I love this bottle. gifts and also a larger one for myself. They have been dropped and washed and washed and after 1 year are still going strong. I have changed the straws in them as after awhile they get to hard to clean but that is using them pretty much every day. Water stay cold all day even when left in the car. Bottles are heavy and straws after awhile do need to be replaced.
