Thermos Work Series

Third time returned – 2011 purchased a Thermos Work 2520. After less than 2 years it stopped working. They replaced it. I paid the postage there. Just approximately 3 years later, that Thermos stopped functioning. I sent it back at my cost and they replaced it. Today, 3 years later again, the third Thermos has stopped functioning. The cost of sending it back a third time will be equal to the cost of another one. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Sure, the guarantee is good, but the quality is deplorable.

Doesn't hold temperature – Thermos used to be a well made reliable brand, however nowadays its mass produced and not so durable. We purchased this item not long ago and already has lost its vacuum and not holding temperature. When it was working it did hold the temperature well. I thought by spending the extra money it may have been more durable longer lasting item however this is not the case. We have never dropped it and have always taken good care of it.

Doesn't keep any thing warm – Bought the work series brand new looked like a good deal used it once in 8 years was waste of money will keep boiling water warm for 6 hrs tops but not hot. Talked to warranty they said i can send it back and they can replace it but as it was like this from new haven't bothered. so warranty for the product seems really good

1.2L Work Series Bottle – The 1.2L Work series bottle keeps the water hot for a good 12 hours, but 24 hours is a bit of a stretch (warm at best if in cold room). The bottle looks quite rugged except the ring connecting the handle to the body broke, making the thing difficult to carry. Keeps water reasonably hot. Handle broke after only a year
