Thin Lizzy Perfect Facial Hair Remover Questions & Answers
VerifiedHow do I gently remove bottom part to insert battery, doesn't move
I have Thin Lizzy facial hair remover and keeps stopping and won’t go anymore. Was continually changing battery to get it to go. Very disappointed
I bought the rechargeable thin lizzy face perfect or about 2-3 months ago. I've used it twice and loved it. However have attempted to use again and it won't go. Yes I've charged it repeatedly. Get a blue light go, switch it on and it won't go. It's a red light again. It's clean, barely used. Not very happy. I can't find my receipt and looking online it appears even if I try to take it back I only have 30 days at the store. I'm over that time. For the cost of the product iam very disappointed with why it's not working now. It's had little use... Lorraine s
Is it battery operated if so how long does a battery last ?
Hi Maureen, yes it is battery operated, really depends on the battery you use and how much you use it. I found it lasts me a good 6months. Hope this helps.
How do I tke battery out
Hi Michele, take the lid off and hold the top section and the bottom section and pull really hard, it comes apart quite easily when you get the hang of it. Hope this helps
Hi Michele,
Thank you for your enquiry. To take the battery out, gently pull the cover of the lower pat of the device. This will then expose the battery compartment.
Hope this helps.

why won't this shaver remove brown hair does this mean i have to buy a different one as well please reply
Hi Colin, Thank you for your enquiry. For best results, gently pull your skin taut and whilst lightly pressing the head flat against your skin, move the Perfect Face Hair Remover in small circular motions over the skin.
Ensure to avoid pressing the device too hard on the skin.
We also highly recommend cleaning the gold-plated head after every use.
Hope this helps.
