Don't bother – My mum bought me this a few years ago but I just used it on my trip away as it is cordless. As I was using it for maybe the 4th time, the white plastic bits that hold the 'tweezer' parts, fell out! The other heads that come with it like Body Massager Head, Callus Remover, Shaver Attachment and Body Exfoliating Brush are all a bit gimmicky as when you put any pressure on them they stop and cannot do their intended purpose. My Braun epilator was going for more than 20 years. I contacted the company and their response was basically it's out of warranty. For $230 I would expect a better quality product. The cordless battery doesn't last long enough to do 1 leg let alone 2. I suggest get a quality brand product.

Just updating this... I sent an email 6 months ago, and never received a reply. This response is purely for show. Cheap, nasty and no customer service. If they had any business sense, or concern for their reputation they would have just sent me a new head. Beware.
