There's really no solution - I have tried every single way of trying to apply it but get the same results - it's really terrible. I am sorry you also wasted your money :/

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your enquiry. For the Puffy Eye Remover, application is key and a little goes a long way. To get the best results, apply a pea size amount of the cream on the undereye area by swiping it from inwards going out.

Avoid any facial movements until the cream has fully set and dried.

Do ensure not to use any moisturiser, serum, cream or facial oil before and after application of the Puffy Eye Remover.

The white residue is usually caused by applying too much of the cream.

I kept getting the same white residue even when I cut it right back to virtually nothing...but then it didn't look like any different...sooo disappointing

No that doesn’t help at all because im already doing all of that and it still leaves a residue that I end up having to clean off

Yes thats generally how I start the process. Very sparingly. However the product doesnt appear to work unless I am more generous with the application. Needless to say after the second application puffiness and wrinkles have been minimised drastically however the dry residue increases dramatically and always has to be washed away because it looks like dry peeling skin or a an unwashed dirty face.

It doesn't matter how l apply l even tried 1/4 pea size l have to always wash off as it looks awful

I applied it for.the first time today and what an amazing result....I washed my face, used the eye makeup remover wipes that came with it and applied a pea size...worked brilliantly. I noticed I missed just under one eye as it was fairly noticeable and applied more, only to have the powder residue as talked about, so used a wipe to clean my under eye, applied some more and perfect. I love it

We recommend applying your foundation on top of the Puffy Eye instead of the other way around. If you are using a liquid foundation, ensure to apply it through a blending sponge in a dabbing motion. For powder based makeup, you may apply this through a powder puff or makeup brush.

Thank you for getting back to me.today is my first time and I was shocked how quick the puffiness went ,but read some bad reviews about wering make up ,as I always were a full face of foundation,I thought I'd wasted my money, but I have lights patted and blended my normal foundation, and after 5 hours things are good just abit dry but not oveus,I hope to be able to keep using this product.im a beauty therapist and if it does what it says ill be recommending this product.

Hi Lorinda Firstly the area must be cleaned/wiped over with "water face cleaner" puffy eyes must go on as soon as skin dries The amount to use is dependent on when you used the puffy eyes last I judge also on how much to use by the look of the Bags ! (how & were prominent wrinkles etc) The more you use it the better results ! Yvonne Z
