The fan itself is fine, however the fan and the light are on the one circuit, so they can only be operated independently via the remote control. to locate the remote control that others remove from the holder and leave next to the bed. Unfortunately I only discovered this after it had been installed. The light also has 3 settings, but if you switch it on and off too fast it changes settings and you need to cycle back through them to get the one you want. There is no way to save your preferred setting and leave it there. Lastly, the remote control provided is not the one pictured with the product info on the website, and is not as aesthetically pleasing when mounted on the wall. We already have a Flatjet fan in another bedroom and are very happy with it (without the light, so doesn't have the issues above), so I am very disappointed this new fan has such poor functionality and the remote does not match.
We installed 8 of the white 4 blade Flatjet fans 5 years ago, great fan performance wise, but wouldn’t recommend as the blades of our white fans in all rooms (on eastern, northern & western sides of our house) have discoloured and gone very yellow (only 4 years old when discolouration started). We’ve been told they don’t have replacement blades. Expensive fans that now look ugly!
I purchased two 56" FlatJet fans last summer for the family and master bedroom and loved them so much have just bought a 52" version to replace an old AC fan in my office. They are super quiet and don't suffer from the whine AC fans do and the light is also nice and bright. Highly recommend these fans, especially when they are on sale. Show details
I bought 6 x 156 inch Flatjet fans. 2 arrived faulty. 360 replaced them. Some of the others rattle at the knuckle even on low speed. I have to give them a light touch to stop the rattle, but it comes back in seconds. Sounds very cheap and nasty. the time. I bought them specifically for the low speed. 360 offered to replace 4 out of 6 with a model that was even faster. After pointing this out, they have gone AWOL.
They are waiting for me to go away. At the end of the day I have 6 very expensive but average quality ceiling fans sitting there doing nothing for most of the time. I would just like a refund so I can purchase fans with the correct speed.
360 doesn't even care that it's website has the wrong specs months after I raised it. In breach of Australian consumer law.
Do not buy these fans.

Awesome fan – Exactly as advertised quiet and great airflow. Will be purchasing another one soon.
Spectacular fans – We brought these fans for every bedroom, master bedroom, and living. Also brought the same fan but longer blade for our hot open kitchen dinning area which has a skylight for extra heat. Even in hot Queensland weather the fans are amazing. Our only suggested improvement is that the remote button for the light is too small and so difficult to press in the dark to turn on the light.

FlatJET (3/4/5) 52 (132cm) White 5 Blade DC Ceiling Fan with 24W CCT LED Light & Remote Control – Great fan which looks good, whisper quiet and with great airflow. Accessories also purchased allowed this to be installed on a steep gable roof. Quick delivery too!
FlatJet lives up to the "Jet" name – I replaced my 3 old AC 90 watt motor 3 blade Arlec fans with the 5 blade DC 42 watt motor FlatJet fans. The new fans blow much much harder than the old fans and at less than half the power consumption. Also, there is no more noisy AC hum coming from the new fans. My wife and I are glad I bought these FlatJet ceiling fans instead of an air conditioner.

After the Sparkie installed the three fans we purchased they obviously tested them - you know when a sparkie is impressed when he snaps the front page of the guide and asks where you purchased them..
We have had them three days now and we are totally impressed with the purchase.

Good quality, quiet fans – I have installed 5 of these fans in my home now. 3 inside ans 2 outside. They are very quiet and look great. I have installed a lot of fans as my time as a sparky, and these are really good quality.
Great fans – No complaints here, absolutely love these fans. Just ordered another for my living room
Best fan ever – This fan is brilliant. Its silent and generates huge air flow. It has 6 speed options so we are always able to find a comfortable setting. Ill be installing these in each room. Only downside is that it only comes in one size. I would love a smaller option to put in our office.
56" 360 flat jet – Excellent fan, moves air very well, love the remote controller.
Quiet and stylish – Couldn't be happier with my fans. They're not the cheapest however they are visually discrete and very quiet. No wobbles or clicks.
