advertised prices. They also failed to confirm a basic technical question about downrod compatibility, deferring it until after the holiday period(still unresolved). As a result, $128 was overcharged and not resolved. Pricing transparency and after sales support were inadequate.

Fabulous, stylish and quiet – The fan was a great design and looks amazing on our patio! The quality is awesome. Highly recommend.

Spitfire ceiling fan – Very nice looking fan sleek modern lines. My only criticism is I would have liked another level of fan speed included. Highest speed is 3 could be improved with that elevated to 4.

Eden Towers – Fans are super smooth running, quiet and economical.

Helpful support team – Had some issues initially following installation and contacted 360. Dan, Sarah and the team from 360 were very helpful in resolving the issues. Kept me informed and arranged parts and an electrician. Thanks to the team.

White wash fan – The white wash/matte white fan has blades that have a blue colour. Not expected and not reflected by the pictures from what I could see. May not be as noticeable from a very high ceiling but can definitely see it on a 2.7m ceiling.

Not What I Expected – I purchased the Spitfire with a lighting kit for a full home renovation. Personally I've found the light to not be as bright as expected (my fault for not looking at the lumens) and not very visually appealing as there is a hefty gap between the light and fan module making it feel unfinished. Another mistake of my own was not looking close enough… Read more

at the photos of the blades, they're not a white but a light faux wood pattern and the unit is a slightly off white, so it stands out like a sore thumb against white on white ceilings. A great (and cheaper alternative) is the Spyda fans that have the shield around the light fixture to make it look like one smooth unit, adjustable brightness and colour tone, and they're quiet but great for airflow. I've used these in the rest of the house but hoped the Spitfire would have made a good centrepiece to the living room. I've still given it three stars as installation was easy, and the fan works. Currently working on a potential partial refund or looking for white blades with the help of 360 fans. All in all, would recommend other models as this is pricey, with equal or better performing and looking fans out there for less.

Works – Looks good, strong airflow even on the lower settings and quite, we like it.

Stunning look and powerful – We have 3 of these Spitfire fans in our home (2 living areas and 1 bedroom) and are extremely happy with the look, the quality and the effectiveness of the fan itself. Highly recommended!
