I am very happy with my purchase overall. The sink is of excellent quality and gives the room a luxurious look. The customer service is also fast friendly and very helpful. They answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend this brand.
After only three months of normal household use by two careful adults, our Titan Sink (Large Single Sink Gunmetal TSGM52), which retails for AUD $1,199, began showing noticeable discoloration. We initially contacted Titan directly but received no response. After following up with the retailer, they were eventually able to get Titan to respond. Unfortunately, Titan classified the issue as "wear and tear" despite the sink being only three months old and having been used carefully under normal household conditions.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a sink from this company. For a premium-priced product, I expected significantly better durability and customer service. The lack of support and refusal to address what appears to be a premature product issue has been extremely disappointing.

Titan Sink Disappointment – Purchased 3 of these sinks for kitchen/butlers/laundry in our rebuild. They are beautiful looking sinks but they in no way stand up to everyday use. We have been using for 6 months in our new kitchen. We do not use abrasive cleaners. The photos show how scratched it is. Have seen other reviews with the same issue. At least we purchased when they were cheaper, but they are now over $1,500 each! We will need to replace within the next 12 months. So incredibly disappointed
