Todo 1.7L Keep Warm Electric Kettle 2200W

Don't buy it – It was advertised as a glass kettle. It's plastic. It give off an overheated-plastic smell. A rust-like discoloration quickly appeared (and remains) on the floor of the kettle.

A good Kettle – The Kettle works fine so far (1 week). I was able to get rid of the plastic smell after 4 boils of water. The outside layer is plastic which makes it look and feel a little cheap. The buttons seem like they will start pealing off soon. There is also that annoying loud BEEP sound each time you put the kettle back on its base. There is no way to turn it off.
