Size isn't correct I'm normally a size 12-14 in underwear depending on the brand so when buying these I went 14(L) to be safe but there a size too small Not sure if with this brand you should size up but there very uncomfortable Show details
Follow-up · They felt uncomfortable due to the sizing , had to throw them out If I buy them again I'll go a size up
No, no, no...absolutely awful. It states on the box (the two pairs I purchased), that it is a "size 14 Bikini brief". I usually buy a size bigger in period knickers than I usually wear, because we all want to be comfortable during our period. I bought the size 14, however, these knickers sit soooo low they are causing very painful chaffing on my… Read more
c-section scar...which as we know is literally JUST above my pubic bone. These knickers are the absolute worst. They fit like a pair of 90's "hipster" underwear. These abominations are also five bucks more expensive than even Bonds version. I want a refund. Do not buy!!!
Don’t buy – I don’t leave bad reviews, I’m not usually that petty, but I just bled through in front of a group of friends and family because of these incredibly inefficient period briefs, comfortable until your jeans and dignity are stained for life, don’t buy, save your tears for cramps

Complete edging (about 10cms) came unstitched the very first time I wore them – Unfortunately the stitching came undone on the very first wear and I had to throw them out. They worked well and were comfortable but just poor quality. I bought them at Cole's about two weeks ago. Show details

Toms Undies great for incontinence – I bought these undies for incontinence as I find the pads too restricting - I got size larger (as recommended in reviews) and found they fitted well - Wore them all day with no problem
Love these briefs and use them every cycle – I absolutely love these briefs and use them every cycle. I usually wear a size 6-8 and purchased size small, which I am very happy with. I have a medium to light flow and have never ever had leakage. I find them a very comfortable fit, and can’t feel them rubbing when wearing them. The elastic is still going strong after many cycles of usage,… Read more
approximately 1 year so far. Ive found no holes and absolutely no problems with them. Would highly recommend.
Fine for me – I got the XL mid-rise brief which is a 16 when I’m an 18, they are stretchy. The fit of the mid-rise suits an Apple shape - nice and tight around my legs, buttocks, and above hips. No complaints at all. I love how it has the padding up high at the back and front, and the legs are tight so that it won’t leak out of the sides. The cups are so… Read more
great I bought two. If these briefs hold up after a few washes I might buy two more pairs to use with my cups.
Love that they are sold at the supermarket.

They don’t work - Leaked through! – So disappointed. I bought these for my teen daughter on her third period. She didn’t even make it to the front gate for school when they leaked through to her sports shorts. TOM should recall their products! These are going in the bin and now I will use ModiBodi only for her. Show details
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! – I’ve owned a few different brands of PUs now, and can honestly say - these are the WORST. Sizing is all wrong, the fabric cuts into your legs, they leak, and are just genuinely so uncomfortable. Don’t waste your money. There are much better brands (not Bonds, they were also terrible lol). Who made these!?!??? Do not buy – Absolute waste of money, the sizing is horrible and I feel bad for all the women who have spent their money on this product. I’m a size 10 and purchased a 12 for comfort and they were extremely small, I felt like the size 12 is actually a size 6! Avoid. This company needs to do better. Show details

Wouldn’t waste your money – I purchased two as they were on special and was so excited to try them out! That was short lived as I found they were uncomfortable, that’s okay I pushed through an hour or 2 and found that it was leaking. Show details
Eco friendly but uncomfortable – Just purchased these for the first time and thought I would try them over a pad. As soon as I put them on the waist band was digging in and the material on the elastic felt uncomfortable. I feel the sizing runs small on me. I’m most bloated on my period so it’s not the time I want to be in underwear that runs small or cuts me off. On the plus side… Read more
I like the midi rise, they are organic and priced the similarly as other brands. Ultimately though I want comfort so I won’t use these again. Side note: don’t love that I have to rinse these immediately after use. If I rinse them I have to put them in the washing machine immediately. It doesn’t make economical sense to me to have to have to do washing every day for 3-5 days for a pair of undies.
Why is the leg elastic so thin? – The elastic is so thin that it cut into my legs. The band at the waist is great so they should have used the same elastic on the legs. Not at all comfortable. Show details

These suck (not in the absorbent way!) – Women on their period are already under stress, it’s not exactly a pleasant experience, having to walk around pretending that everything’s great and we are happy to leave the house and act “normal” rather than staying home alone in an empty, clean house & a date with the remote, a bag of chocolates & a heat pack (not feeling like a bloated cranky… Read more
pants), wearing comfy clothes for the duration of the bleed… Unfortunately these undies do literally nothing to improve the situation. As I pulled them over my lady lumps & manoeuvred them into place, I immediately felt like maybe they’re a “teens” size, as they’re the smallest ‘M’s I’ve ever worn! I immediately noted the period panty cloth scratching against my skin and felt what can only be described as a layer of mulched cardboard held close against my Vagita, while the waist elastic turned my hourglass shape into a snagged sausage, (although my money is on the waist band to be the part that will last the longest). Everything about them is wrong, it’s almost worth questioning whether the designer of these has actually experienced periods! Your tampons rate great but wearing these makes me rather wear a pad! Sorry guys.
Absolutely useless – I'm new to period underwear, yesterday I purchased a rang of period briefs from various makers. Got them washed and ready to try. The Tom brand werw the only ones you could hear the plastic crinkle, that didn't bother me too much as I didn't think you would hear it when wearing. Anyway, around 10am this morning I tried my first pair of Toms.… Read more
I'm day 2 of my period so tried the pair for heavy days. 2 and a half hours later, my husband tells me I've bled through the pants and 2 layers of clothing. They were useless! After removing those I popped on another cheaper and more comfortable brand in their medium/heavy option. 7hours later still going stong! The TOMs are going in the bin, never again.
Poor quality and gives me a rash – I have used several different brands of period underwear, usually purchased when on sale, and these are the worst. The elastic around the legs started unravelling on the first or second wear, but worst of all, they give me a horrible rash. I’m not sure if it’s the poor absorbency that leaves the blood sitting next to your skin or if it’s something… Read more
in the fabric, but every time I wear them, I get such a bad rash that I can barely walk. It took me a while to work out that it was only happening with this pair, but now that I have, they’ll be going straight in the bin!
Terrible fit – I can’t comment on the absorbency of these as I couldn’t even wear them for more than 5 seconds. I sized up from my regular size but they were still so tight and uncomfortable, they cut into my hips and legs. Show details
Sizing – Sizing is way way way off, went for a larger size and still don’t fit. Seams are rough feeling, really unhappy with the purchase, was a huge waste of mone Show details
It leaked all the way through – I got the heavy flow one and wore it on my light day, it leaked all the way through, and the back of the underwear, doesn't keep anything. Blood is everywhere. Such a disappointment Show details
Leaked – I bought one pair from Coles as it was on sale and I had wanted to try period underwear. The first one I bought, I used at home and it was great, comfortable and didn’t leak. I decided to buy more for my next period and felt confident to wear them to work. Towards the end of a very busy day at work, I finally had a moment to go to the bathroom,… Read more
where I noticed a period stain on my pants, the period underwear had leaked a lot!! Luckily I was wearing black pants. Lost confidence to wear them anywhere outside of the home. I wore the other two that I purchased at home and they also leaked within hours, unfortunately. I don’t know if the first one was special or the next three were faulty.
Ripped on first wear – These broke in the first wear. I had these on for maybe 12 hours when the waistband band ripped from the underwear fabric. Poorly made, poorly sized and a waste of money. Hugely disappointing from a brand I have previously sung the praises of. Show details
Terrible fit! – I just received my bundle on the mail that I purchased through Toms website. I’m a size 8-10 and sized up like the website suggested. They are so uncomfortable mainly because the bum area does not have enough coverage. The fit is really awkward. I tried other brands which I was actually quite happy with but wanted to support Toms. Won’t be repurchasing and do not recommend! Show details

Elastic cuts through skin – The elastic around the leg hole caused me so much pain.I get that it needs to be tight but this dug so deep into my skin I developed a rash
Painful in the legs – Love that they’re cotton, most period undies aren’t, BUT, thin elastic in the legs, it’s sharp and caused so much irritation. They were so uncomfortable to wear. I ended up throwing them in the bin. Sorry, but they cut into my crotch, very uncomfortable, very ouchie and I sized up. Maybe think about bigger elastic in the legs, because thin… Read more
elastic feels like needles and we need soft comfort especially when we’re menstruating.
Kudos on the cotton ❤️
Great not to wear pads! – This is the first time I’ve tried period undies and I love them. I have only used them for overnight use, so much more comfortable than pads. Didn’t have any leakage. Sizes run slightly small so I’d go a size up. I’m not sure I’d have faith to wear them all day on heavy day tho. As an over nighter though, pretty great. Show details
Terrible fit – These are not as comfortable as other period underwear I've found. The sizing is really really off. I sized up 2x to what I would normally and still feels uncomfortable. Doesn't fully cover your bum (not as much as I'd like) and digs in around the hips and thighs to point of being almost unbearable. Wouldn't recommend for this reason. Show details
Not comfortable – I found them quite uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep in them , they were tight around the legs, I normally don’t wear this cut of underwear which may be why I’m not use to them. They were much more affordable than the other brands I looked at.
Poor absorbency – I found these undies comfortable enough to wear but the absorbency is very poor. Within 2 hours(and not on a heavy day) I had leaked through the underside of the undies. Luckily I was at home when I was trying these, I don’t know what I would have done at work! Hopefully I have more success with the period cup. Product is reasonably priced but not worth it if it doesn’t work. Show details
Comfortable and great price! – Love this underwear as it is super comfortable and absorbent for my flow. Glad I read reviews first BC the sizing runs a bit small. I'm a 10-12 and I purchased a 12 which fits perfectly (I would recommend going one size larger than you would normally pick) the elastic around the top is what makes it a small fit. They are super affordable and make my period way less stress! 10/10. have just bought another 8 of them as they are fantastic! Show details
Love the product but bad sizing! – I am so happy to have found period undies! I love the concept, however am disappointed with the incorrect sizing. I'm a size 8 to 10 and bought a medium (quoted as a sz 12) in both designs. Theyre so tight around the leg and waist and makes me feel like I need to go on a diet! The sizing is off, I'm certainly not a size 14. I hope you guys fix this up and i will continue to purchase regardless. Show details
Would not recommend for a heavy flow! – I have been using the TOM menstrual cup for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It is easy to insert and comfortable to wear throughout the day. Due to my good experience with the cup I decided to try TOM's period briefs. I wore them for 2 hours on a heavy day and when I went to the toilet, I noticed these briefs are not absorbent at all!… Read more
The menstrual blood went straight through to the underside of the underwear. I think these would be fine for the lighter days but it supposedly absorbs the same amount as 2 tampons would. They are very affordable which is unfortunate for the quality isn't up to standard.
I love these – Glad to see these at Coles. Wore them first night of my period which is my heaviest and they were fantastic. No leaks, no mess and I felt dry. Not bulky and a perfect fit. I'm a size 10 and bought the medium. Will definitely go and get a few more pairs so I can mostly use these. Show details · 1
The Best Sleep I've Ever Had On My Period! – I decided to try out these Briefs the other day when I saw them in Coles. I figured what's the harm in trying something more environmentally friendly and I tell you what, I had the BEST sleep EVER while on my period! Unfortunately, like many women, I suffer from Endometriosis, which also causes me to have a very heavy flow. Normally I would… Read more
toss and turn all night making sure I'm not on my back so I don't leak through my Pad/Undies/Bed.
I Didn't wake up once, I didn't leak AND I slept on my back the entire night! I've now gotten rid of all my old Period undies and replaced them with these briefs and I've been recommending them to my friends and family. I absolutely love them! ☆☆☆☆☆
Not bad for cheaper supermarket period underpants – Bought these as I had as away and didn’t have my usual brand period underpants with me. I’m a size 10-12 and bought the large size to be safe. They are very good for the price, but as other reviews say they are a little right around the legs. Otherwise they are comfy, breathable and do the job. Comparable to bonds period pants, but could be stretchier. Show details · 1
Do not buy – Awful! Everyone is right about the sizing and cut. So incredibly uncomfortable. Show details
