This is the best purchase you will make I was so excited ordering the ultrasonic tooth cleaner I suffer from plaque build up and I was hoping to get in front of the issue to avoid the dentist. Since I’ve had my permanent retainer, I’ve found it really difficult to floss and get into all the difficult areas. This product has not only got me into the routine of flossing, but also makes it fun. about 4 times of using it to get the brown stains off but it actually took them off, I use it once a week now to keep them clean.

I did have an issue with my original purchase, the battery wouldn't stay charged. I sent an email and a few photos of charger, I received a new one about a week later - no fuss, no fighting. Ive just sent back the faulty one, I never leave reviews but this ACTUALLY WORKS and no dramas with the company.

Excellent customer service. They organised a replacement which was delivered hassle free. The first was not faultyi it was a delivery issue. I have used the tooth cleaner. Highly recommended. I am seeing positive results after 1 week of use. Easy to use and clean.

My review is about the service from TopSmile. I am not reviewing the product itself for the following reason—only after it had arrived I realised that its use is not recommended for those with dental work. I was disappointed, to say the least. However, once I contacted TopSmile they were quick to organise a refund. off but no. It is very gentle, I actually used the super mode for most of my first clean. I’m super happy with it, especially for the price. I can avoid the dentist a little longer and also avoid any bad breath. lol

I had an issue with the charger (not that it's not the normal USB-C, it's slightly longer, so you have to use the one it comes with!). But then the ultrasonic wasn't working, so they sent me a completely new one, no questions asked! Now it's charged and works a treat - I love it. Also - their customer service rep (Yam) was EXCELLENT and extremely quick to respond and very helpful.

of old glue and plaque but black in colour. Honestly I was mortified and actually embarrassed to book a dentist appointment to address the concern, so I figured I would give this unit a try before doing so. It damn works - I started using it every second day and the heat element literally make the glue built up crack off the back of my teeth exposing my actual tooth that’s white and fresh. Major relief let me tell you it was actually rather satisfying also but my teeth have never been whiter (did buy the teeth whitening also). Don’t be stupid get it - for the price you can’t go wrong!

I purchased online and service is friendly and prompt. I am amazed at the effectiveness of this teeth cleaner. had dental proceedures done like having a crown or root canal fillings. But works great on your actual teeth thats still there anyway. PS. It does emit a high pitched screeching sound that may annouying your dogs lol.

I have just received this and saw results instantly. I have had one tooth that was extremely yellow for the past year or so and this has removed the yellowing on its first try. I have also removed some dark staining in the inner tooth line and a huge amount of tartar making my mouth feel so much cleaner. Just after using it once. 10 /10 for results.
