Vibration plate broken upon arrival – Do not use this company!!!! Received my package opened it broken pieces everywhere, emailed them multiple times to get it rectified and have had no reply!!! Can not locate a contact number anywhere on their invoice or website to call them, money down the drain for something that I will need to pay to send to the tip!!!

Don’t do it !!!! You’ll regret it – Can’t rate … ordered incline treadmill Mach and got some cheaper version with no incline and now can’t get in contact with anyone other than to send a message. Go elsewhere seriously, this company is a joke

Everfit Treadmill: model TMILL-CHI-420-M6 – Purchase the treadmill from TreadmillAU, after using it approx 10 times treadmill was making noises. Contacted Everfit about our warranty and provided a video but they said I had to contact TreadmillAU. Sent an email to their “support” team and haven’t received a reply. If I don’t get a reply in the next couple of days, next step will the the consumer ombudsman. Totally unsatisfied with the product and the company.

I've been messaging them regarding my order but no reply back. I want a refund – They sent an email to me regarding my order "out of stock" when it was still available on their website when I ordered it. They told me to pick something else. I messaged them back to just cancel my order if its out of stock. Its been 2 weeks now, then this week I contacted them again through the email they've used but no one messaged me back.

EverFit Titan 42 - Brand new faulty treadmill and TreadmillAu won't replace it – ***UPDATE: TreadmillAu has since provided me with a full refund.*** I purchased an EverFit Titan 42 treadmill through TreadmillAu. The treadmill has clearly not been calibrated correctly and EverFit advised me to contact TreadmillAu, as the seller. I provided a video clip of the calibration problem to TreadmillAu: I can easily walk at a speed of "8.3" which is obviously not 8.3 km per hour. I am an experienced walker and I would estimate that the speed of "8.3" shown on the screen is more like 6.3 km per hour. Because of this problem, I cannot accurately gauge my speed and distance. TreadmillAu asked me if I would accept a replacement and I said I would and I haven't heard from them since. This was over a month ago. Despite several follow ups via email (I can't call because there is no number listed), the replacement treadmill still has not turned up and TreadmillAu has chosen to ignore all my emails - including the one where I told them I now had no option but to lodge a formal complaint with the relevant consumer authority.

Dealing with TreadmillAu has been quite unpleasant.
