Top Quality. Great Attention To Detail. Very Good Value – My wife and I were considering purchasing a couple of typical 'standard' low-slung style, low cost, cheaply made beach chairs one typically finds at the national camping/outdoor retail stores that dominate our shopping malls & centres. We were not happy with the quality nor the comfort of these 'cheaper' items that often soon end up in land-fill. However, thanks to my wife searching a little more online, we found someone else who felt the same as us (and you, that is why you are reading this review, yeah?) and wanted a quality product that doesn't end up in landfill after a couple of seasons.
This is a well thought out, designed, manufactured and very very good value product. Comes with a 2 year warranty too. The quality of the reinforced stitching around all the important stress points stands out to us. Plus we like Tuff Arse owner's evident sense of humour! These chairs will last a lifetime and they only cost $82 each at time of purchase. We purchased 3. So postage was FREE! A nice bonus.
Key standout points:
- Carry bag with shoulder strap (light enough to carry over your shoulder) - Low seating position; ideal for festivals / concerts - 2 year warranty - Adjustable height arm rests - Padded fabric and comfy to sit in - Bottle opener (if you still need one) - Wine glass stem holder - Insulated stubby holder with drain hole - Storage organiser with 3 x seperate compartments + rear storage for carry bag/book/mags - Compactly folds for storage. Opens easily ready for your 'tuff arse'.
This is a privately Aussie owned family business. Not a listed or equity-managed organisation who dominate our malls and high streets nationally. Please support them by considering their quality products.
Remember this - "Once the price is forgotten, the quality remains long after"
Purchased in for $250.
