They just don’t care – I had a bereavement recently and could not attend my appointment. Instead of then giving me 2 week’s reprieve I had to repeat myself before I received a week’s reprieve. Heartless money grabbing behaviour.

DSP recipient inappropriatly hounded by employment provider – If I could give no stars ,I would. These people are shameless and petty . They had recently become my disability employment provider, yet another new one in a procession of providers. Within weeks I had 3 different people , they all seem to leave very quickly. 2 weeks ago, I was approved for the disability pension, due to many conditions that make it impossible to find work, plus I am almost at retirement age. The caseworker in Manjimup has now hounded me repeatedly , calling,texting and finally actually making an appointment on the workforce website for me to come and see them so they can keep getting money from the government. She would not take no for an answer. I am now a disability pensioner,and in no way required to be under an employment provider. I didn't get the pension for nothing, and this infuriating scamming woman won't accept that. Do yourself a favour, find a new provider. uLaunch are just out to scam the government,more than the others
