Is your company in the business of fraudulently taking money for gift cards that don’t work? Because I bought a $200 gift card on 15 July for my best friend’s birthday present. She tried the link. It didn’t work. I emailed you a week later, submitted a form on your website, even called your Filipino call centre yesterday and was assured I would receive an email with a gift card link. NO EMAIL. I filled in the form today, again. NO RESPONSE. It is now more than a month later and you still have my $200, and I / my friend has no gift card. I can’t contact you. I call that FRAUD. So I ask again: are you in the business of defrauding people for fake gift cards? Or is your customer service just ABYSMAL? Or is it both? Serious questions.

Can not check balance on card. Rang the number you can not ring on a private number. Have I been scammed with my teens gift card.
Nope you haven't been scammed! I thought I was as well but their system is just REALLY bad. I was able to check my balance once and then after that I couldn't access it. You'll have to contact them on external link . They took about 3 business days to get back to me by email.

No unfortunately. Bought the Home Ultimate Card and could not use it for online purchase with JB even though it is listed as merchant on the Home card.
Yes I have, use "gift card recipient" as the name. You have to go to the Ultimate gift card website to find out your expiry date, the rest of the details are on the back of the card.

I am not sure what others may have used if they got the card to work, but I couldn’t get it to work online so had to use instore instead.
