Undo This Mess Laundry Liquid
4 reviews
The once-refreshing tea tree scent has been replaced by a musty, cardboard-like odor that stays on my laundry. It’s so off-putting that I’ve stopped using the product entirely, making it impossible to tell if the cleaning power has suffered along with the fragrance.
DO NOT GET IF YOU LIVE IN HUMIDITY – This product is truly fantastic if you live in the lower regions of Australia. It goes 'rancid' (to use the word that the customer service team used) if you use this above the NSW border! I thought my machine had something wrong with it because all of my clothes were coming out with this super insanely offensive smell. We cleaned the machine, and with failed results, called a washing machine fixer dude. He said there was nothing wrong with the machine. Sounds stupid on our households behalf, but honestly, there is no way we would expect such a terrible pungent odour from the LAUNDRY LIQUID! Especially because I used this exact one for quite some time in Sydney. But as the Undo This Mess team let me know, if water gets into it, it goes 'rancid'. I guess the humidity is QL makes water enter the product. SO ONLY BUY IF YOUR FROM DOWN SOUTH OR IN DRY CONDITIONS UP NORTH. I spoke to a customer representative and they said, they are aware it goes ‘rancid’ in humid conditions and seemed un phased by the issue.

Just love this product – amazing product. My whole family is sensitive to laundry detergent . This is the only one I will use. We live on a farm so we can get very dirty , this takes out the stains and smells amazing. Just love it

Fantastic results – Fantastic results from an natural product and recycled packaging. Only need a capful, dissolves stains and smells nice. Much better than the OMO I have been using for 30 years. And liquids are better for your machine
