As for the company themselves, they did arrange to come and inspect the issue in a reasonable time via emails and text. When they saw the issue they offered to swap for a different model but I insisted on a refund. They were going to charge $80 to return the table until I reminded them that goes against Australian Consumer Law since the product was faulty. They took the table and I got a full refund the same week.

So overall, the company themselves were fine to deal with but the product was poor quality.

top at their own cost (waiting on arrival). As we have now put the table up you then have to lay the felt yourself which is not stated at all. The Ready to Assemble description is a lie (Ready to Assemble: Assembly is a breeze with this pool table. Simply attach the legs and set up the slate, and you'll be ready to play in under an hour) and now we have to pay someone else to lay the felt as it is proving to be difficult as we have never done this ourselves. These tables were not cheap but the quality is poor.

agent didn't check them. This was only discovered after the delivery team left. Trying to resolve this problem has taken hours over multiple days, first by emailing and speaking with Uxuan Sports and getting no sense of urgency from them about fixing the problem.

We have since resorted to speaking with the other client directly whose incorrect box we received, and the delivery Company Allied Express who were equally frustrating (I note they also have a 1.3 star rating on this site for their delivery service). Six days later and many hours liaising we have only just had the incorrect box picked up and still have not received the legs for our pool table. Having spent nearly $400 for delivery this has been a stressful and unsatisfying experience.

The product itself seems ok (will know for sure once we have our legs and can try to use it) but comes with seemingly kilometres of tape and kilos of packing materials and styrofoam, so allow time for this and space in your waste when assembling.

Buyer Beware – WARNING: IF you decide to purchase anything from this company, buyer beware. Ensure everything is written down including what you will do if delivery is delayed, what is included in delivery and most of all, take records of the sales transaction. us for months, finally mid October we were advised it had cleared customs and would arrive "shortly". Apparently "shortly" means another month, they will cancel multiple deliveries (including one only 1 hour before scheduled delivery) and then when you advise them that the sales pitch involved installation which they flat out refuse to do without paying an additional $300, it ends in a negative review. I haven't installed the table yet, so can't comment on the quality, but their customer service is appalling. Also note their response to other negative feedback has definitely been written by chatGPT or similar as it has lots of big words to make it sound like they know what they are doing. They have four "office" workers and no one talks to each other so you're constantly told conflicting stories regarding your order.
