Vanish Preen Oxi Action Trigger

Negative – The spray itself is fine. The fact that Vanish sells refill bottles but you can’t remove the nozzle to refill the bottle is a joke. What a money grab from a company.

Waste of Money – I find this product turns mild discoloration yellow. It is particularly bad on perspiration marks and makeup marks. Also, the spray comes out like thick foam and no matter how you try you can't get the nozzle to actually spray.

I Will not buy this again – I have been using this product for years, when it was called Preen Stain Remover. However since the change of spray nozzle I have wasted so much fluid trying to fit it correctly to spray. Still can’t fit it properly so am buying something else.

Hopeless fabrics spray – Nozzle clogs up. Spray goes everywhere. Bring back the aerosol spray. This one’s a dud. I bought 6 of these and very sorry I did. Show details

Tip for folks who don't like great blobs of spray – Get a knife or spoon end or strong fingernail and push off the white tip to spray like it used too. Show details

Give us back the original spray bottle – The new “ foaming” nozzle sprays everywhere, but on the spot intended. It runs down your hand, all over the benches, and onto the floor; Missing the spot entirely. Please stop trying to improve! Show details

What a waste of money. Cheap bleach will even do the job but not this ultra powerful crap – Waste of money. Never buy it. Get cheap bleach and will do the job

refiller bottle – You cannot get the top off the vanish oxi action ultra power gold bottle to refill it. It will not allow you to do this, how stupid when you buy a refill bottle and it has no spray? Show details

Not effective and misleading - do not buy! – I sprayed this product on some food stains on different types of clothes. Not effective at all. Complained to my husband and he said why not just use the normal liquid laundry detergent and the stains just came out! Don't even mention the misleading "colour safe" - ruined one of my favourite jumper! Regretted that I didn't check the reviews of this product before I bought it! Show details

terrible makes stains – just used product on my sons new white $120 tshirt sprayed under arms now i have to big yellow marks so upset with this product what have u done to the original preen

Brand new white pants now have yellow stains on them – I had a couple of easily removeable stains on my new white pants, I sprayed them with Preen Vanish Oxi Action and left over night, big mistake!!! Definitely do not buy! – Used this product on my daughters $100 Champion white hoodie. It’s now completely ruined with a huge yellow patch. This has happened to so many others. When is this company going to be held accountable?

Peen has lost the plot – Used preen all my life. Used to be great. Now the new formulation totally useless when used to remove small stains . It sprays like shaving foam ( if it sprays at all). Changed this product! – This spray use to be so good and then I noticed the recipe change. It now does not spray straight ahead, you waste half of it on the floor. It is now thick and doesn’t spray a wide area on the clothes so you end up wasting the whole bottle on one piece of clothing. If you get it on your skin now your skin turns white and it burns! Changed brands – I used preen for years and it worked very well- then they changed packing & formula. The new packaging is difficult to use as a refill & the new formula doesn’t spray properly. Disappointing Show details

Sheets Ruined....stay away!!!! – I would give this 0 stars if I could. Used on my brand new white linen sheets (worth about $200!!!) and it caused a yellow stain! They are now completely ruined and I have to buy new sheets. Despite trying vinegar, bi-carb Soda, Bleach, Napisan Powder and washing 3 times nothing would get it out. Ruined a new white cotton T-Shirt – A new white 100% cotton T-shirt had a small make up mark on the neck. I used Vanish Preen Oxi Action hand washed it and dried it in the sun. it spreads all over the neck rather than being able to target a small stain as you can with a spray.

bed what I have always dreamed of. I wash our bed linen regulary every one or two weeks. Today when I was washing our bed linen I noticed our new white dooner cover & pillow cases where looking a little 'dull' I guess that's what's expected when you white linen. the oils from our skin rubbing off has made our white pillows look quite dirty. So before I washed them I sprayed a little Vanish Preen Spray on the pillow cases & at the top of the dooner where our faces rub. Hoping they would go back to being nice & white again. When I got them out of the wash machine to hang on the line. I was completely horrified, every where I sprayed the Vanish spray has left yellow/brown stains... I honestly can't believe it $160 dooner cover set ruined only after a few months!!!!! I quickly googled how to fix it & I can't.... plus read 100's of other complaints saying Vanish peer spray has ruined their white garments as well. I have just sat here and cried, these sheets where a real luxury to me that's a lot of money that's now been ruined. I know crying over sheets probably sound stupid but they were something I really loved as I have always wanted them. I am so unhappy with this product, why don't you have a warning not to use on whites as it will totally wreck it? I am completely devastated!
