False Advertising! – Very disappointed in this facial epilator that doesn't do what is supposed to do! Tried many times to remove hair on my face at different angles and on the same hairs for ages and still couldn't get the hairs out. Shouldn't be allowed to sell it!!

Facial Hair – I bought this for facial hair and find it very good. No problems. I had no facial irritation afterwards. Found a little discomfort on top lip with first few strokes then it settled down. Maybe because there were no more hairs to remove. Much better than waxing. painfully painful. For the odd hair on the chin I can bear the pain & discomfort, but when I try to remove hairs from my upper lip, which are obviously more abundant, I give up in pain. This miniscule machine definately does what it says it will, but I honestly have to say I wince away from using it.

i am using my velform it is different and have never used this before – i ordered 2 of the velform but i cancelled the second one as it was not needed and i believe it was returned on the 14th february and to date i have not received a refund. I have already contacted global shop on phone and still no refund. please help and sort out my refund. Show details

Not Durable & unreliable – I’m very disappointed with my epilator, which I bought from Australia Post. It’s not durable and unreliable. An absolute waste of time & money! – This product did not pick up a single hair, regardless of the angle & direction that it was being held & manoeuvred. the small recessed epilator head barely makes contact on flat areas such as your cheeks and therefore it’s virtually ineffective. It would be the same if you wanted to use it on your forehead, arms etc. The result is only marginally better along the edge of your jawline where the epilator head makes better contact.

The light is bright enough but it’s position means that you can’t see what it’s supposed to be illuminating while using the epilator.

While the epilator was inexpensive, it doesn’t work for me and I can’t recommend it.

Don’t bother with it!!! – I also purchased one of these, thinking how fantastic it would be. I spent enough time & money at the beautician over the time. It’s one of the worst purchases I have made! Terrible thing – I purchased one of these thinking it would be the best thing since since sliced bread!!! How wrong I was, it doesn't remove any hair on my face at all and it pinches the skin. I tried every angle to remove one hair on my chin and after more than 15 minutes of trying it was still there. My skin was sore from it pinching. It does NOT remove hairs at the roots. In fact, on the rare occasion it does anything at all to hairs of any length, all it does is snap them off and leave stubble. Most hairs are left untouched even when repeated attempts are made over the same area/s. If you are contemplating purchasing this item, save yourself the time and disappointment and throw $60 (that's what it costs including postage), straight down the toilet. You'll get far greater satisfaction than you will from purchasing this piece of absolute rubbish.

Completely useless - total waste of money – I bought this over a week ago and I've tried it every day since. Results: 0 hair removed! It essentially only has one tweezer set rotating in the middle where the least contact with the skin occurs, therefore its unable to attach to any hair.
