Very average product. Flimsy and the rods bend and pop out. I wrote to the company explaining this and asked for a refund. WARNING ! 100cm Comes with a drilling template which is totally incorrect. I ordered a 60cm and a 100 cm for two different areas in the home. My son, an experienced electrician put up the 60cm using the enclosed Drilling template. No problems. … Read more
Assuming the 100 cm template would be fine he drilled all the hole in the wall only to find out that the template does not match up at all with the product. Had to drill more holes and we were short on the plastic bits of the hardware kit. Disappointing. For the price, item is not as sturdy as I had hoped
Follow-up · The wall material was brick. There are ten holes which are needed to hang up the clothesline. We needed to drill another six holes (we used four drilled already) to put up the clothesline. I sent an email to customer service. I have not heard from them.

Overpriced and flimsy! It does work for light items but you struggle using standard pegs, rods fall is open to quickly and (I believe) the tiny little pins that hold it closed will fall out on a rough road. Show details

I accidently ordered the incorrect Vendline, inside instead of the outdoors. I contacted Kevin and asked if I could swap an indoor for an outdoor, even though it had been 4 months since my purchase. Kevin immediately posted a new one to me for no extra cost and I hadn't even posted the original one back yet. Excelllent service. Thankyou
I thought since this was quite expensive it would be sturdy and well made . Unfortunately, the rods keep falling off , the rods roll around so everything falls off and I bought an exterior one and it’s now rusted and broken. I’ve tried super gluing it Back but it doesn’t work . Three rods only work .
