This is the best thing ever – This black book preforms extremely well. The battery life is amazing. I had some trouble setting up some CAD software but the venom help desk helped me sort it out. It’s built so much better then my previous del workstation and a lot faster then my hp one that work gave me. initial problems with setting up Archicad software and the technical team was very helpful and knowledgeable. What I liked the most was they were real support staff with excellent communication skills and it was not an overseas call center. Since I have recommend Venom to our company in Melbourne and a few of my colleagues have also come on board. If you appreciate high performance, quality materials with no bloatware and excellent support than Venom is a good option. Unfortunately traditional PC brands have moved away from this focus on quality.

functions staggeringly well. Where it is let down is by Venom Computers themselves. Go to their website and the problem starts already. Look at the way they promote themselves and the type of image they portray of their typical user. I see it as complete pretentious nonsense and very off putting. There was one problem we encountered. It was the dreaded 0x80070035 error on the network connection. MS Support after checking recommended a complete reinstall of MS Windows 10 Pro and I had my technicians check over the computer and recommend the same action. All is fine. I did ask Venom Computers if it was possible to reinstate the various add ins. Their response absolutely earned them a 0-star rating. Most other computer companies just ignore their customers when there is a problem. Venom are different, they just treat their customers with contempt and saying it's their fault. The end result is the same. They are just another computer company.
