It does not work – I cannot believe they are still selling this rubbish. It never worked. Of course you don't realise that it does not work until you try to use it. Then you see that you cannot return it if you have used it. I should have complained to the ACCC but I fear it is too late now.
Waste of money – This product failed to do work for which it is designed. it is totally waste of money. I have purchased it. Now i want to return it and want my money back.
Excellent – This is a wonderful device, I decided to purchase one because I was tired of paying someone to wax my legs every month and having regrowth that you had to put up with until the next wax. Because the device works on mains it is ready to use whenever you want and if you follow instructions works just as stated. I am one of the lucky ones that was… Read more
not bothered by the pain. You only need to go over each section once followed by a quick review to get any stray hairs that were missed. The light is fantastic it really highlights the hairs. I have also used it on my underarms and bikini line the underarms were a little more painfull and the bikini line needs to be short or trimed. Overall this is a great device and pays for itself in no time. The light helps you see any hairs that have been missed Nothing really, maybe it could be cordless.
Terrible – I basically think that this product is an oversized and overpriced pair of tweezers. It took a long time to do it and I couldn't see much benefit at all, no where near what they claim on the ads. I do not recommend that people buy it just seems like a waste of money, I think waxing is a much better option personally. My e-pen is currently… Read more
gathering dust in my cupboard. I didn't find anything positive did no like it at all. I didn't really see much difference after use. I disliked using it, so I no longer do.
Good – I think it's totally worth it if you are willing to put in the time. Now if I want to wear shorts and I haven't used it for a while I don't really worry about haqiry legs because they are so sparse.I have used the epen a lot though, and each patch takes about 20 mins, and bear in mind more hair will come through in the next cycle. Also bear in mind… Read more · 1
that you need to tweeze/epilate the hairs out after use. I have had the pen for 6 months, and the battery is still going. It takes a while to thin the hairs and you really have to be persistent because hair grows in cycles.
Time tells – I used the E-pen on my forearms and chin a couple of years ago. My chin hairs reduced maybe 15-20%, and I don't get as many thick dark hairs; but the thick hair on my forearms has reduced by about 80-85%, which I'm very happy about. It was worth it for me. I'm going to get some replacement pads to see if I can further reduce the chin hairs. It … Read more
reduced my unwanted hair (on average) 50% (some places worked better than others) Not a quick fix, but perseverence will pay off.
Terrible – Don't waste your money! It Doesn't work.... tried, tested... FAILED! Also you can't get your money back - and most places you try to post a review they will not show it if it is negative feedback!!! Big scam here.. surprising nobody has sued for false advertising etc. I like that fact that I have not needed to replace the battery.... ...not… Read more
that it would make much difference, the unit would be just as effective if it had no battery in it at all! I have used the epen as per instructions since purchasing 6 months ago. I have tested it using different areas on my body and face... and I am afraid to say that I have been completely ripped off!! Nothing not any noticable difference at all!
