Viali Electric Oven VGO65S
MPN: VGO65S3 reviews
The oven broke shortly after the end of the 2-year warranty period. First the light broke (replaced under warranty by The Good Guys) then the entire oven stopped working. The Good Guys technician advises that there are no spare parts carried for this oven and so it can't be repaired. It should be refunded by The Good Guys under their voluntary warranty policy but they have not responded to our claim.
Cheap and nasty – Bought a new house which had this oven in it.The oven ran for nine months then started tripping the breaker then stopped heating up so it has been removed and disposed of. I do not recommend this product.
Terrible, broke in less than a year – This is a cheap oven from a cheap brand, but you would still expect it to at least last the warranty period. It was installed new in the house we bought and hadn't been used when we moved in. The previous owner left us with the purchase receipt indicating it was purchased from The Good Guys for $375 2 months before. The light lasted 1 month, then 10 months later the fan went. The timer switch was always sticky and hard to use, and the glass door gets quite hot.
We went through the process of trying to get it repaired but got very little response, so ended up purchasing a new oven from Bing Lee.
