good massage. They are very good for an all over body massage, as well as targeting certain areas like shoulders, knees, feet etc, simply by changing your position . The added bonus is you also lose weight.

My first machine came within a few days of ordering. It was playing up after a few weeks, so I rang the company at Byron Bay and in no time I had a replacement, free of charge. I would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone.

It can be used in several different positions, standing up with minimum effort, bending the knees which is immediately felt much strongly, and also with certain body movements that increase the body input and benefits.

Ideal also to have at the feet of the couch if required due to health reasons or just while watching tv, or under a desk while on the computer where it provides good leg workout.

It's like all other exercise equipment, daily or regular use will benefit the user.

Enjoyable and appears to be working – This is a Pursonic Slimming Vibration Plate, I purchased from My Deals for $149. I have used it now for 1 month and find it to be doing what it said it does. It is fun to use and my wife cracks up when she sees me using it as I wobble all over. However the wobble is decreasing and I'm happy with the purchase.
