Im continually impressed with how accessible & effective movement on the Hypervibe is across many varying physiological presentation. This is particularly noticeable in my older and menopausal patients, where stiffness, reduced mobility and simply getting the body moving comfortably can become increasingly important. I often use the term “sleep flossing” with my patients. It isn't a medical term, but my way of describing gently moving the body and joints after sleep, particularly the hips, knees and shoulders, rather than waking up stiff and expecting the body to immediately perform. The multidirectional movement of the Hypervibe lends itself beautifully to this concept. Patients can start gently and progressively incorporate movement, balance and strengthening according to their individual capacity. I have seen some wonderful experiences with my patients, relief and joy always, however its the long term benefits from safely achieving more movement, more effectively reaching the whole body. I also want to acknowledge the Hypervibe team, especially the care Geena gives my patients is exceptional value who, inevitably incorporated their clinical sessions into their personal home use with their own appropriate Hyper vibe machine. The devices i methodically approve for my clinical care have to do more than look impressive or have clever technology behind it. It needs to be usable, become part of someone's real life at home and help them remain engaged with movement for longevity. Hypervibe earned its place in my own routine and professional practice where clinically improved movement and mobility is critical for my patients. However, the Hypervibe provides the most results when experienced with long term home engagement where all my patients track significantly better on regular assessments for fitness, balance, bone and muscle grading, but more importantly their overall quality of life and wellbeing.

so I dragged it out. I refused to take the medications on offer because of the horrendous side effects & so for 12 years, I had lost more bone density each & every year & I don't mean in small amounts, it was really bad, so things were getting dire. I started using my Hypervibe G14 every morning for 10 mins on level 18, which I was advised by Hypervibe's technical dept to do & 8 months later at my next Dexa scan, without doing one other skerrick of exercise, not only did I NOT LOSE bone density, I GAINED 7.5%. OMG, I was over the moon, as was my chiropractor & GP. I have since seen a video by a master Hypervibe trainer, who said to put the level to 20 for osteoporosis, which I now do & instead of dreading my next Dexa scan results, I can't wait. So to me, the Hypervibe's a life saver & I will continue to use it every day for the rest of my life!
