Excellent – My Viewsonic VX922 is over 5 years old and like some others I had a failure, the "flashing green light" the on/off button and the "no signal" dialogue box. As this monitor was well out of warranty I checked the forums on the web and found the were several others who had encountered the same problem. The capacitors had failed! When I discussed the proplem with an "Electronics Engineer" they suggested that the real cause was probably the power supply. When I contacted Viewsonic about the availability of the part they told me that it was a problem with the componets they had been supplied and they would repair it for free. Not only did they repair it, but they paid the freight (DHL) both ways as well! I had it back within a week! That was around 3 years ago and it has been perfect ever since. I would recommend Viewsonic as excellent products and the best service I can remember. Excellent monitor looks good and dispays everthing from highend graghics to movies perfectly.
Good – Recently had trouble with the display, did some troubleshooting to confirm it was monitor. Sent an email to Viewsonic as it is still under warranty,very quick response. Needed to be sent to Sydney, but turnaround was a week. They paid for & organised pickup & delivery. Very pleased with this monitor & their warranty.Only scored it 4 because of the fault. Good quality picture for all gaming & excellent for watching videos. Have owned it for nearly 2 years with many hours work. Tilt not enough. Can't figure how to remove base, it came connected onto the screen. No big problem. Recently had a problem. See below
