Who repairs these wine fridges?
On our Vintec 30 Bottle Wine Cabinet V30SGME, we can press the Temperature button to make it cooler, however it doesn't lock in and seems to stay at the 16º mark. There doesn't seem to be any temp. lock button.
Hi, My fridge seems to cool OK but the compressor start working every 15-20 minutes. 1. what should I check concerning this issue. 2. The fan works for 30sec. stops for about 5sec. start working again for 30sec. and so on. Is it OK? Thank You Eddy

As per other reviews I have read I shut down the fridge for 3 months, when restarted would not cool
Compressor would not run but indoor fan running o/k, bypassed PCB and put power direct to compressor ran o/k and was cooling so not a refrigerant problem
As I do not know Ohms readings for indoor probe cannot check to see if faulty
Can you suggest what could be wrong or do I just replace indoor and outdoor pcb and also the indoor sensor
Have checked transformer and is o/k

Bought this fridge but been told that I can't put this in my new kitchen. ..can't put under the bench, can someone please answer?
You can not build these fridges into a bench, it requires constant ventilation from all sides and must be set up freestanding.

Just bought the V30SGMEBK. Claims a capacity of 35 bottles but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to fit 35 in. The max I could fit in was 30. Can you please provide a photo of a stacking configuration of 35 bottles? Cheers.
They base there capacity rating on Bordeaux style bottles which are your standard 70 x 300mm bottles.

We have had our V30SGME for about 1.5 years and all was working fine until we turned it off for about 3 months (we had nothing in it ) and then just recently turned it on. Now it won't go below 18 degrees. IT's been on for about 4 days and even with wine in it, it won't get any colder. Plus it is making a lot of noise.
Any suggestions?
