Don't cover labour in Warranty, if you don't live locally to company – I have a Vitaqlity for lIfe 700 i Vibration Platform. I started contacting the company 2 months ago, finally today I got to speak to a tech. Now they tell me that they will sen the part down and I have to get someone to install it. it's supposed to be covered under their so-called 3 year warranty. I am supposed to take it to their service centre, but I live in Victoria, not NSW. They should not sell their products to interstate customers then.

Broken, Poor customer service and don't honour their warranty.
