Vitasoy Café for Baristas

Best soy milk for cappuccino – I have a soy cappuccino everyday and as we are traveling lots of different places One day I had one at the coffee club ( Hervey Bay)that was way better than any I'd had anywhere so I had to ask the Barista which brand of soy they used. It was vitasoy Barista, we've been back to that cafe in between going to others and still think it's definitely better

Excellent – It's easy to froth and doesn't get that awful bubbly texture or 'soy coffee' odour. Has a beautiful smooth toasty flavour that is very drinkable. And i only drink full cream. would highly reccommend to anyone who wants to produce a good quality soy coffee. Hands down, the best soy milk a barista can work with. None really. Maybe, availability.
