a great intro to how they treat prospective customers - wonder how they treat existing???? Can’t complain about the customer service because there wasn’t any. Looking at other reviews, looks like net prompter scores don’t mean much to this mob. I’ll go to another provider - gave me bad vibes. I’ll try 7-11 now or BP.

they don’t honour their word – rubbish card, they asked me to provide evidence i resolved the dispute with the ATO but 2 weeks later still haven’t restored my card access. You cannot trust the mob running the operation. Show details

Disgusting security deposit request for their mistake! – I am absolutely disgusted with this company. A simple credit card update, resulted in a defaulted and subsequently suspended account that they will not admit is their fault. 3 weeks on and I am still disputing the decision as they are now hitting me up, a small business in fact, for $2000 security deposit to reinstate the account. does not matter that my account has never defaulted and it was their lack of communication and information that lead to a statement not being paid on the new card. This company has a lot to answer for if they think a small business is in a position to provide a security deposit that will hinder future cashflow. I will never refer them to anyone after this despite being a customer of them for years.

Terrible experience with shell card – Worst…. Not worth it. Customer service have a no idea about account information or any idea about accounts. Long wait to talk with customer service. Worst experience ever. Dont use it.

inefficient, unresponsive and opaque – There was a problem with account details on direct deposit. Account suspended without notice. Contacted them - paid in full immediately - was told it would take 5 business days to clear through finance. Weeks and many phone calls later. Still suspended. Promise to return phone calls - don't. Good and easy to use – Have had the card for a few months now and it works great. We often use at Liberty which is a lot cheaper than a lot of the big stations. Had Ampolcard which was limited in the stations where you could use it and customer service was non existent. Much happier with this card

Not worthy to do business with – We saw an advertisement online and decided to apply for a fuel card. After we were approved it took 3 weeks to receive 2 fuel cards. We requested online access in which they requested additional documents. We happily provided the additional documentation. After sending 3 follow up emails and attempting to call the customer service with no success… Read more

As a business, time is precious and having to waste more than a week trying to get into contact with this company is a huge amount of time.

We honestly don't feel valued and but moreso abandoned.

There's only a small amount of shell stations around as well meaning that you have to travel further if you wish to use the card.

We have obtained an AmpolCard who offer discounts on pump prices and services + repairs, and also roadside assistant. There is also more than 1,900 Ampol stations meaning that we also have to travel less to use their card.

It's not worth it.

for subsequent working days) my bank account was more than enough to cover the cost, yet it was still “dishonoured”.

When I asked again what the email address is, I was again told to refer to the email sent to me. Great waste of time and nice hassle.

Why bother paying monthly fee for such hassles?

Great card, decent discount. Better than Fleetcard – These cards are no longer the old ones being reviewed here. Many updates have been made, including ongoing discount, no fees other than the card fee, unlike fleetcard who charged me $183 in transaction fees in one month.

Worst fuel card on the market – There is no ongoing fuel discount for using the card. BP Plus offer 3c per litre. AMPOL and EG also offer discounts. There is no way to pay with AMEX, and there is a forced credit card surcharge.

if there was a -5 i would rate that – VERY very bad service. Put my cards on hold when i had $800 in credit. apparently they do not hand out extra credit in the fortnight even if you have paid extra. Getting credit raised on your limit you have to hand over a security deposit, on top off them holding my $800 in a unknown account, paid $1200 in 8 days and has not even showed on their accounting system as yet. Show details

Don’t bother – Can’t make any changes on the phone need to fill out forms and staff are hard to understand. Don’t think the call centre is in Australia. Looking for an alternative
