I bought one of the VoltX 100 AH see through blue tooth batterie’s from Aldi the first time I charged it up before using it next time I put it on charge it wouldn’t go past 90% charged next time it was on charge it wouldn’t go past 52% and want charge past that figure at all now the setting on the phone app can’t be change from what I gather please can you help

Hi, just bought the 100Ah slimline. My voltx battery shows 100%, but as soon as I plugged devices, it will drop to a random lower percentage, sometime can be as bad as 30-40%

yes i got 2 of these one will not charge will not work ,have done all the recommendations from outbax have sent me, just feel im getting the runaround from them now grasping at soultion that just dont work,if all setting at as specified and still no charge going in as the other exact same battery i have dose, then its stuffed ,but outbax just keep asking to do more stupid things to make it work, .seem im getting steam rolled here by there coustomer services from outbax not happy for a ecpensive battery only a few months old ! how can there be such a difference in the battery ? Purchased a 300ah voltx premium last year Enerdrive dc2dc and victron blue smart 25amp chargers both say full however did a full discharge test and only had 108ah. Tried recondition mode and power supply.

Hi I have the LCD version that can be placed in parallel. The battery shows 100% charged but slips back to 95% charged once taken of the 240v charger. Does the units need the LCD to be set to 100% once it is fully charged.

Hello, I have recently bought the 300ah volt x life pro battery and connected it to the Enerdrive Adventurer system I have put in my canopy. The battery it’s self is not taking any charge even tho there is a steady 13.7v from the charger to the battery. Is there an easy fix or is the new batter I have need to be replaced. Thanks, Nick

I purchased a VOLTX 100Ah 12V Deep Cycle Absorbed Glass Mat battery from 'ALDI' this week. It is also Lead Acid and weighs 28.5 kg.; Can i install it in my sailboat alongside a standard lead acid battery with a dual isolator switch .Should i operate the batteries separately in regards to charging . should i use a portable regulated charger . and a Solar float charging panel. I have a Jayco caravan with 240v 20amp charger that bulk charges at 14.5 volts and then floats at 13.8 volts. Is this voltage too high for float on the 100ah Voltx lithium battery?

Hi, I have two 100 ah voltX purchased from Aldi that I would like to connect in parallel for discharge only ( I intend to charge them individually with my Victron 25a charger ) Written on the batteries is an instruction to completely discharge the batteries before connecting in parallel. Different websites suggest charging individually to full charge before connecting in parallel. I'm a little confused

Hi Steve, this specific model of the VoltX 100Ah battery is a standalone unit. We have another model of the VoltX 100Ah that has a series and parallel feature.
