Disgusting pathetic liars. New owners purchased the company, didn't do their due diligence, and SCREWED existing customers. Just disgusting, almost certainly criminal behaviour.
Exactly as others highlighted , i had a lifetime subscription that suddenly stopped working and when i checked Business decided to stop all lifetime users and reset their account!!! Whatever happens or if business acquired , first rule is to honor what has been sold , not to ditch them!!!! Stay away by all means as this shows they can change your sub any second whichever way they want!!!!
Paid for a lifetime subscription however just now, in April 2025, without notice, the business has decided to cancel all lifetime subscriber account. They have burnt what must be hundreds of customers. They give a generic copy and paste response citing they 'didn't know' when purchasing the business. They offer a paid discount subscription as appeasement which is a kick on the ground. Company should shamed.
