month to get from initial contact to get details to sent it back, they had the watch for over a month, no contact nothing I emailed them 3 times after 5 weeks and the last time they stated they don't have an update. Emailed them back threatening ACCC, later received an email for the return of the watch. Recieved the watch back and still wasn't working, sent watch back a 2nd time on the 20/07/2022, its now 21/10/2022 after multiple emails no one has got back to me and im still chacing them they still have the watch Lodged a complaint with ACCC dont buy the watch buy something else a Moochie, or Spacewatch etc Watchipals customer service is the worst customer service I have come across.

pick up and tracking is quite poor, (although it's about all I use it for these days with the call reception so bad). WiFi or Tower assisted tracking is useless and annoying as it gets in the way of more accurate GPS and you can't stop it from attempting to use non-GPS methods, (it makes up it's own mind what it will use). Battery is not great, (have to charge it every night), but at least it lasts a day with full active tracking enabled. Tracking is a minimum of 10 minute intervals. Can't back up and restore config, (and device at one point kept loosing the config and needed it re entered). Takes forever to set up from the phone and would be better to have an interface off the watch which could pass all the settings. Blocking apps is limited and requires a strong connection. Requires a strong connection to update almost anything even with WiFi enabled and paired to home internet. Also very insecure, (I work in Cyber Security and this device is beyond help). I don't know why we missed these reviews when first buying, and I persevered to get some use out of these but it's just hopeless. Finally, Support will appear helpful in the beginning and then show their sad true colours and just ignore you. Watch band replacement was the first request and it never arrived. Also web site is now down, (apparently upgrading)... I actually hoped for better but I'm the fool for sure. Photo is of broken screen one, and it has the amazon band on it.

Watchipals works like a mobile phone except I have all the control. I turn off all the features when he is at school. I absolutely love the fact that I can track him! It has definitely lessen my anxiety since he has had the watch. I would def recommend it :)
GPS is great and calls are clear – A fun way to keep in touch with my kids, they loved the gift and quite excited about it. the GPS is surprisingly accurate at most times and calls are clear and quick to make. Overall its been easy to use and seems that the kids are enjoying it very much.

Wasted money – I ordered prior to reading reviews unfortunately. I ordered two watches and received only a text to confirm the order. 4 hours after i placed the order, I cancelled my order. I Sent emails and canceled via the contact form several times since. The policy states cancellations within 6 hours will be honoured. Buy only if want endless frustration in your life – The watch is ok- not great, not even that good compared to others on the market. Turns out it hadn't even shipped yet. So I asked when it would be shipped. No response. I followed up a few weeks later asking for an update. A week after that they got back to me saying "Upon checking our records, we can see that you ordered a screen protector. In cases like this, kindly use coupon code STRAP and place a new order for a watch band for FREE." This is ridiculous as I did not order a screen protector (and have sent the receipt to prove it) and I would certainly not dare purchase anything from these warped crooks again. So now 8 weeks after ordering and still no delivery. My 7 year old son paid for this himself with money he had saved. It was his first serious purchase and now he can't wear it. Take your $180 dollars and spend it with a responsible and reliable company who understand customer service, not these pirates.

However since then I have received no communication from the company. They only communicate through email and have not replied to any of my messages regarding the replacement watch. They have completely ghosted me. I tried using a different email address to contact them and when I finally got a reply and explained my situation again they stopped replying - again! I have not heard from them in over 6 months which is frustrating! Why would they offer a replacement watch at a discounted price if they were not even going to honour it? reply after multiple attempts to try contact them and they said it had been shipped but clearly it had not been because a couple of weeks after that i got a notification saying it was shipped it then did not come for weeks after that, at this point i had asked for a refund multiple times and no reply. Worst customer support ever – The watch I bought refuses to connect to the app, rendering the watch useless, support have emailed me back once starting that its the sim cards fault, it's not as the sim card works perfectly in our phones and now works perfectly in a different brand of kids watch I ordered. They will not reply to our emails now. Looking at the reviews below, this seems to be how they roll. They also delete bad reviews on Facebook which should be stopped, not sure how you can sort that. Like the advice from most people on here do not buy from this company. :-(
