Welcare Ear Thermometer

Very hard to set up. I just wanted a thermometer to measure temperature. This one requires a set up etc...I just wanted a thermometer no a computer thing.... not recomended.
Useless. Reads everything as 32.9c or 33c. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs!
Incredibly innacurate – If I could give less than 1 star I would. So inaccurate. Always reads at 35. My daughter had a febrile seizure, she was 41 after the seizure so who knows what she actually was before her body released all the heat in the seizure!! Borrowed another thermometer from a doctor to continue testing her days after and the readings were proven to be so inaccurate. It took days for her to be below 38, yet this thermometer continued to show 35.
Chemist Warehouse do not replace or refund, they make you send it back. What a nightmare, after sending it back at our cost, we received the most generic report and letter returned with the same unit stating no errors detected. Do not waste your money. Worst customer service from both Chemist Warehouse as the retailer and the manufacturer.
Purchased in at Chemist Warehouse Physical Store for $52.99.
This is a dud, don’t get it – I have actually had this for a couple of years but never got around to putting a review up until I needed it again. I have used it when new and now with the same results. It reads very low even though I have confirmed I have a high temperature. It looks good, it seems easy to use but accuracy is important when you have a high temperature. I thought I would give it one more try as it was expensive but no. It is not accurate.
