for 24 hours it worked for three days then stopped freezing again , lost a couple hundred dollars of food ,this happened three times and again throwing out food. I rang the shop I bought it from and they gave me a Electrolux repair number to ring , which I did ,not knowing at the time that I’ll be talking to a customer service lady in Kuala Lumpur, she said I have to pay $300 up front to have a service guy come out and will fix the fridge with parts on the day , but had to wait three days before he could attend ,which I did and when he attended he was in my place for 10 minutes and said he needs to order parts from South Australia and will be back in. 7 days , I was so upset as I was told he will be able to fix the fridge on the day , still no fridge for another 7 days . If I had known all this I would have gone elsewhere to fix the fridge . This should not have happened in the first place to a just over two year old fridge bought brand new . My previous Westinghouse one door fridge lasted 15 years and could have gone longer . Don’t buy this fridge .
