This is the worst LGP gas oven ever – The front panel heats up during cooking so much so that it burns you when you try to change cooking or timer function during cooking. The splash guard above the burner has to be removed so the oven starts to work. After starting it if I leave the splash guard on it turns its self off. money on this lemon! I hate it with a passion and will never purchase a Westinghouse gas oven ever again. GOR474, GOR476, GGR475, GXR650. This is the worst LGP gas oven ever.

Happy again – 2nd oven purchased only three years old , broken cooling fan, now fixed, oven works great serviceman was great quick and efficient , just disappointed that it did not last longer, but happy again now it fixed works really well easy to use, customer service staff were good and helpful thanks Worked well, easy to use Did not last, cooling fan broke after only 3 years

Have had minor issues with cooking times, but no major repairs - 6yrs on and going strong! – We have cooked roasts, pizzas (using terracotta stone), and cakes. The cooking temp runs a little hotter with the fan forced mode, resulting in uneven cakes, but otherwise a really good oven. No repairs or part replaced in 6 years of constant use. a proprietary cleaner (e.g. Oven Clean). Quicker heating of the oven with gas + electric fan than our old electric oven. We have natural gas mains connected so this makes it quite cost efficient. The door seal is poor and causes some hot air to escape at the top - the stainless front can get quite hot! (probably not too safe with small kiddies)

Terrible – The con's well outweigh the pro's. Thumbs down. Apparently I have to write at least twenty words so here are some more. timer function is handy we have had to replace the igniter 4 times , each time out of warranty at a cost of $200. Do the maths and don't buy one!!

Excellent – we purchased out GOL476WNG (white) from a friend who purchased it from store 4 years ago but never installed it (had it still in plastic wrapping in his shed). Was exactly what we wanted, does a great job and after 6 uses I am loving it. we have the same model but in white. Cooks a great cake but leave it in the oven once it has cooked to cool or it will shrink. Love that it is the only gas oven that is made in Australia.

Good – Great oven for busy people who can make use of the timers. Love that I can set a meal to come on at a certain time & then cook for a set time & turn itself off. horrid smell. Would definitely look at replacing with a similar model. Great value for money. Cooks great, love the multifunction timers. We have had to replace the glow ignitor 3 times now in the the 8 years of owning. Apparently this is a common problem with this model.
