Can you still get internal light for this model, and how do you replace them
Please could you explain the controls to me. We have just bought a house with this oven. There is no user manual and I cannot understand the controls at all. Also they are very difficult to see. I know there is a griller but is that removed when you bake? I live in the country and baking cakes, etc is extremely important. Please help. I am desperate. Regards. Judy Borrett
Can the oven door come off and be pulled apart to be cleaned?
I have had this oven for just over 5 years when we built our new house. Our oven stopped producing heat and a white powder substance exploded inside about 18 months ago. We got someone out to replace the element and now the same thing has happened again. I have had ovens before that have lasted over 10 years without any issues? Very disappointed with this oven and don't know if it's worth getting someone out to fix it every 18 months at $200-$250 each time. What are my options?
My guess is you won't be able to get the parts you need anyway... Ours just blew an element (after 5 years - having been installed new into our house) and they no longer supply these parts. Only option - new oven. Very disappointed and certainly wont be purchasing Westinghouse/Electrolux product.
I believe these ovens have a 2 year warranty and westinghouse won't replace them, or fix without a cost. I read reviews of this model after we had our issue and it's my belief that they put the lemon models like these in new homes, selling in bulk to the builders. You think your getting a brand name but getting a bandaid instead. My canopy rangehood is a westinghouse and now has such a weak motor, but i can't fix it. I will absolutely be checking reviews of any stuff before building again.
Not sure what you can do. I have had no response from Westinghouse re my recent review, I wonder if anyone else has? I agree with Lawrie. R the comments regarding selling in bulk to the builders, Westinghouse used to have a good reputation but I also will not purchase their brand in the future.
I have now reverted to baking in my microwave / convection oven with much better results.

Our oven has suddenly decided not to work. Is it time for a service? The timer seems to be the problem any clues pls help? We have checked the manual and have checked the timer is on manual, but nothing. Pls assist Rgds Sue

We have had our oven for three years now and the whole time I have wondered why the oven door doesn't seem to seal 100%
It seems the door is not sitting square and pulls in a bit at the bottom, leaving the door always slightly ajar, can this be easily fixed?

Hello, our POH967S does the same. Its not really noticeable unless you are thinking about it, however we wonder if it does make the room hotter because of this.
Timer on my oven stopped working some time ago. It has to be turned anticlockwise to turn oven on. Selling our house and need to fix it, can I do this myself? Model is poh967s1. Thanks Kate.

Hello Kate, we never use the timer.
How do I override the timer on this model. I like to slow cook a roast over night, and getting up every 120 min is a pain.
