Don't waste your money. This is a terrible product – This is a terrible product. The hot plates are unable to regulate heat they go from zero to burning hot in a moment. It is impossible to make a slow dish like pasta sauce. I have had to resort to transferring the sauce to a Corning ware then bake slowly to complete. The oven is also disappointing it has hot spots. I have not been able to bake a full tray of biscuits in one go yet. I have to take the tray out before completion then pop the rest back to finish them off.

Hello Electrolux the poor quality of this product has stopped me from considering any of your products Simpson, Westinghouse or Electrolux I google search the manufacturer to be sure it's not you.

Can not brown baked vegetables or pastries etc even when it is up above 200o – I have spoken with other tenants, friends and a sister with this model and we all have the same problem

Waste of money! – I was appalled with this oven! I had 2 of them installed and both had the same problems. They cook unevenly and have hotspots. At times they were 80C out in their temperature gauge. I do a lot of cooking and it destroyed just about everything I tried to cook. The cooktop was good, but because they are connected, I couldn't recommend it. Westinghouse Customer Service were excellent! The cooktop. Customer Service. Poor performance oven!
