Bad Not working in large parts – The central door pillar heats up so it is painful to touch and so compartments in the Freezer and the fridge do not work at all, We lose frozen and fridge goods regularly. The unit is not worth looking at and just after the 5 year warranty I am left frustrated and poorer,

I am puzzled that you go to the trouble to say you would appreciate a conversation about the product review BUT do nothing when I agreed to the discussion. Can or should I complain about your attitude.
Only lasted a few years – We purchased the fridge in late 2018 and after only a few months we had to make a warranty claim due to the freezer door getting stuck, as the ice maker wasn't working properly and causing the door to get stuck. Now, over the past week or so, the fridge has been very loud, we have been getting a CL error and the fridge and freezer didn't seem cold. Then on Christmas Eve of all days, with a fridge filled with food, the fridge a freezer stopped working. For a fridge to only last this short amount of time is very poor. We run a domestic building company and always use westinghouse products, but will definitely be changing brands.

Continual black sticky ooze leaking from bottom door seals of my fridge – For the past 2-3 years our side by side fridge has been leaking a thick black tar-like ooze from the bottom door seals in both the fridge and freezer compartments. Despite repeatedly cleaning this off it reappears again in a short space of time. Concerned that this is affecting the cooling capability of the fridge compartment as items on bottom rack of fridge door are noticeably less cold. Our last Westinghouse lasted more than 15 years with no problems at all. Very disappointed at this defect which has also been reported by other owners of Westinghouse fridges. Purchased in 2013 from Harvey Norman. I would love to hear from Westinghouse/ Electrolux as to a resolution.
