Westinghouse WVEP615SC

Worked ok when it worked. Had it serviced once after coupled of years, and now it has broken down just after 5 years. The service man said the door latch and thermometer are broken and it isn't worth replacing. Very poor that an appliance that should last 10 to 15 years breaks just after 5 years. their credit they did contact me and offer to look at it and work through the issue. However i couldn't wait and oredered another brand.

Sadly, somewhat disappointing – Replaced my 20yo Fisher and Pykel fan forced oven with this Westinghouse. But, tge Westinghouse does not cook as well either on bake or fan forced. eg My old oven cooked a dish at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes, perfectly. the dish to cook through. Have had the temp checked and the Westinghouse is apparently heating to the correct temperature, it's not under heating. So, very disappointing.

Also, you apparently need to ensure that it has been correctly installed with the specified spacing between the unit and the cabinetry. If incorrectly installed, and the service agent who I spoke to said that in his experience at least 70% are incorrectly installed, use of the "Pyro" cleaning function could cause overheating damage to the oven which is not covered by warranty.

Overall, pretty disappointing really.
