icon was responsive etc. The customer service doesn't have any technician available before another 2 weeks. Great timing with the festive season. I won't buy this brand ever again. The oven is FOUR years old and I already had to call a technician in twice. It is definitly not worth the $1350 I paid for it.

A bit disappointing. It heats up slowly and, as a forced-fan oven, it doesn't cook or bake very evenly, requiring you to turn the dish around midway through cooking. The telescopic runner hasn't been smooth since day one; the pin at the end of one of the runner broke, so the oven rack isn't secured on that side. The light stopped working after a year of use. Finally, just five months past the two-year warranty, the oven has stopped heating above 20 degrees. I expect a $1350 oven to work for more than two years. However, the pyrolytic works really well. So does the grill. On the plus side, Electrolux customer service was fantastic. They were quick to respond and fix the problem, sending me telescopic runners for free, which their repairer installed. Their repair charges are lower than any non-Electrolux repair service, with a fixed fee of $165 plus parts. No extra charge after half an hour. So, in the future, I will buy a better appliance but will stay with Electrolux.

Very happy with this oven – We had one of these in our previous house (same oven, just with manual controls rather than the electronic touch screen). Not seriously hotter, but enough to warrant rotating some dishes once or twice through their cooking period. We do not regard this as a serious problem as we are get to find any oven that does not have a hot spot somewhere.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the oven, and if we move again, we would get another.

Was good initially but didn't last long – When I purchased this oven in November 2014, I was very happy with it - cooking and baking all works well. but a few months later the fan started making a terrible noise. pyrolytic cleaning not effective. The oven does not look clean after using it.

So all in all I don't find this to be a high quality product and I won't be getting another Westinghouse when this one needs replacing.

Dissapointed – I have had a lot of trouble with the temperature and cooking times. Have to increase the temperature by 40 degrees at least to get things to cook and brown and increase cooking time. Grill takes 10 mins to heat up. Fan cuts in and out. Is this normal? Feeling dissapointed.  Show details

Wonderful product – We love how beautifully our food is cooked by this oven! We bought it just in time for Christmas and had a beautiful roast dinner and desserts for 20 people from it. My favourite features are that it is extremely roomy, it fits all of my biggest baking dishes without any problem whatsoever, and the pyrolitic function.  Show details

Heats up quick and easy to clean – This oven replaced my old Miele and I love it so much. It is a lot easier to clean as the side bits can be removed so you can scrub underneath them instead of stuff building up. the grill heats up super quick as well so no need to wait a million years to put something under it. FAST HEAT UP MODE is really good – good size oven includes two extra large baking trays grill is built in oven. heats up really quick- ideally place grill tray in second rack to control grill cooking, especially if toasting bread the fast heat up mode is the best feature also, releases hot air quickly through front vent  Show details

Love it! – Love this oven, it looks very nice, is very deep, the sliding trays are amazing for getting food in and out. The pyro clean is an amazing feature! Im very pleased with the whole unit. Great oven – Great oven cooks well pyro function cleans ok the few times we have used it. We have got a little confused with all of the functions sometimes but with a little trial and error have worked it out. It heats up quickly and it is well lit internally.
