3 grand for a downgrade in oven. Previous Westinghouse oven had issues with maintaining temp, 5-10c either side of the set temp. This new 3 grand door stopper is even worse by nearly 40c out but only colder compared to set temp... This was after an hour of warming up, got to its alleged temperature within 20-25 minutes but after that it didn't budge. Wtaf Westinghouse.

Purchased in at Appliances Online for $3,000.

Westinghouse/Electrolux. The customer service I have received after receiving a faulty oven has been great. It is a pity that the products you sell aren't as good as your customer service.

Since purchased a Bosch 60cm Series 6 Built In Double Oven Stainless Steel MBG578FS3A.

Night and day difference for the extra couple of $$$'s . well worth it, don't even bother buying Westinghouse. The new Bosch is spot on with temperatures unlike the Westinghouse.

I put this review on below. After my wife had words with me. I contacted Westinghouse they sent out a technician out again, he did a report and Westinghouse is going to replace the oven. I don't think they can do any better than that, it was a bit surprising, I have to eat humble pie. It was lucky I didn't go through buying another oven. Thank you, Westinghouse.

I bought it in Sept 2024. I found the oven is completely useless. The oven doesn't heat up to the temperature shown on the display. I don't use it that much but when I did everything was under cooked. I bought an oven thermometer to check the oven temperature, on the display it was showing 200c but the thermometer it was 160c. I turned the setting to 220c it still didn't make the 200c. I switched from fan forced to bake it worked a bit better at that setting. I had a technician come out ( I wasn't home) he changed the thermostat but never checked to see if the oven worked properly and took off. I've never used the pyro cleaning setting as the oven is a waste of time, and doesn't need cleaning as nothing got that hot in there to make need cleaning. I used the air fryer once before I realised the oven was cr#p and it took forever to cook. There is other settings pizza, steam etc I haven't used them, I doubt if the steam setting would work. I'm not going to get in touch with Westinghouse I think they know their product is faulty and would only get stuffed around by them. I'm going to replace it with another brand, it's been an expensive exercise for an oven that only needs to heat up and can't do that properly.

Follow-up  · I'm in the process of buying another oven. A Bosch double oven (MBG578F3A) about the same size. Even though it's still could be covered by warranty I'm not going to worry about it. When the tech came out and changed the thermostat but didn't worry to see if it fixed the problem, I can't see any point stuffing around with Westinghouse.

Oven doesn't cook. From the first use it is not working properly. The oven heats but the food is raw in the middle. I put a lasange in the oven to melt the cheese on top. It took 1.5 hours sat 200 deg to melt the cheese. Don't waste your money.

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $2,700.
