Very poor quality induction cooktop…long story…the short version…I will never buy any product that Arisit is looking after the warranty. After repeated phone calls (and months)to finally get new part sent and then when technician installed it…still not functioning and am still waiting (over 2 weeks) to be given a solution. Worst customer service ever.

Purchased at Harvey Norman for $950.
