still under a 5 year warranty. We have been waiting 3 months for whirlpool to fix the oven despite countless phone calls, emails and chasing up. Their customer service is offshored to the Phillipines and supervisors based in Australia do not call back despite their customer service team reassuring you they will call. Awful customer service and awful faulty products! Stay away from whirlpool! Shame I cannot give it zero or minus stars!!
Not impressed at all – Bought in 2018 - Exlpoded like a bomb during first attempt at pyrolytic clean! Fixed under warranty (after quite some time, I may add). The element then stopped working just after the warranty had expired by only 2 months, Whirlpool did honour a warranty repair. This took ages to finally happen though... zero would be generous. RUN FAR AWAY! it's garbage quality – bought this November 2018, installed in new build which we moved into June 2019. noticed and he was not curious and therefore badly burned. Apparently, Whirlpool thinks ovens should last just beyond the warranty. They dont honor statutory warranty, which is part of consumer law. Very BAD customer service, terrible quality considering it just stopped working 3 years and 2 months of use. Dont WASTE your money, i wish i had not wasted mine. Very very dissapointing ☹️

had to keep setting a higher temperature to try and achieve the correct cooking outcome. Heating and cooking is top class.
Lovely and quiet while cooking! – Looks good, very quiet while cooking which is a bonus. However we are finding the manual no help and can only operate the left hand side of the buttons etc. successfully otherwise it turns off. Show details
Awful oven – This oven was brand new when we moved into our house, purchased by the previous owners as part of a kitchen renovation done prior to us moving in. Impossible to get nice crunchy roast potatoes in this oven, something I have always been able to achieve in previous ovens, even cheap nasty ones that were in rentals we have had previously. Will be replaced as soon as possible, and would not buy Whirlpool again.
