Saw the ad for this product on YouTube and was stoked. Ordered it for my girlfriend. I really liked the idea of the weighted body and hooves as well as the microwavable heat pack inside. What was delivered was nothing like the ad. I received a stuffed animal that more like a dogs chew toy. I've sent them an email and tried to contact them through their website. Will have to update this when they get back to me.
